I think everyone that has had an opinion has made it. I think that most people on the line I have spoken too about it understand the various viewpoints.

I think now it’s a waiting game for the union to decide which of these to focus on and for the company to decide when they actually need to pay up. Everyone is just waiting.
Wow, what a great bullet point argument against pay raises that can be summarized up in one statement: "No need for it because nobody needs the money"
