How do conflict IA's and GS's go out? Do they specifically have to say it's a conflict or is it still a standard IA/GS that you just know has a conflict?

In other words, to earn premium pay, you have to do the work. I think best case in this situation, you’ll get straight pay for both trips. Which is probably the same as premium pay for one trip.
