There is a ton of risk involved. If you get accepted into this destination 225 program, go to Swift or XO and then don't get / pass the interview with SWA now you're stuck at a place you probably dont want to be long-term and from which it's less likely to get picked up by the legacies. I can't believe they're not at least giving guaranteed interviews to pilots who successfully complete the program. What is the incentive for somebody to apply to this?
