Look I don’t care what people do. What I do know is if they are addicted to this way of pay when we hit a labor dispute again( we will) it’s going to be hard for them to stop. That to me would be the problem.
Yep. I like picking up a VDA here and there when it suits me. However, I most certainly don't count on or depend on it.
As for doing them during a labor dispute...why don't we just ask Captain "I made $490k last year" (E190) if he'll continue to VDA/RSA during a dispute like he did last year? Or, is that not "respecting his culture"?😉
