I'm not sure I'd go quite that far. I was rehired by Eagle 5 yrs later while on furlough at a legacy. I guess they (hiring board) had some reservations (figured I was overqualified and would leave quickly I assume, but they were unaware of my apparent brain damage). Fortunately I had a friend inside who spoke up and pointed out my spotless prior record and 5 years of previous service as being worthy of rehiring. I know they hired some other furloughees (AA, not flowbacks) as well who'd been here prior.
