Have you checked out Classic Air Aviation in Mesa? They appear to do 141 for at least your private and have access to financial aid. BTW we were just out in Scottsdale a couple months back and went "climbing" the Thunderbird Conservation Park, great looking area. I took an awesome pic from the top which is my current desktop.
