But I think what you're really asking... as long as you're a rated military aviator, it doesn't matter where you get the 750. So you can fly as a civilian and will be eligible for an R-ATP once you hit 750 hours total, any combination of mil + civ.
Assuming you did not get your wings removed for cause by the mil, then you lose the mil R-ATP eligibility.
