Also believe for line holders and reserves, if you’re rescheduled to get back to domicile within two hours it’s only 2 hours of EPS at 200%. After 2 hours it’s the normal 5+ hours like it is now.
This is correct. The EPS even for line holders and reserves sucks... but most of the time it's more then a 2 hr extension past OFP so that's fine but with regard to being extended on rsv the 2 EMA's in a rolling 12 still apply. So if you want to get emergency assigned and make extra money you can, but after the 2 you don't have to accept. I do believe however if they extend you on an emergency assignment past your OFP and you accept you get 5 hrs EPS for this. I have to check but i believe this to be the case.Originally Posted by nuball5
Correct. Some people think that gives scheduling the liberty to extend a reserve pilot after every pairing, and that’s not correct (not saying you said that). Just losing mid-pairing EPS.Also believe for line holders and reserves, if you’re rescheduled to get back to domicile within two hours it’s only 2 hours of EPS at 200%.
