Does anyone have any idea what the new reserve structure will be like? Specifically, what will the new reserve availability windows be?
Also, the geometric fence is around the terminal or the entire airport?
My goal is to avoid sitting reserve during rush hour (the call out window is tight, a minimum call in during rush hour could be an issue). Thanks in advance.

Not sure what a geometric fence is....you mean how close to the airport you need to be to check-in for a trip? Couple hundred yards around the terminal area I guess you could say roughly. Check-in available 10 minutes past report time.

There’s a short call and long call system. Four different silo time starts for short call.

When do your start training? You had another post about preparing early for class. No class assigned yet? Second day of class they’ll give you an iPad so you can read the contract yourself

You could have 10 silos, doesn't matter. The company EACH day decides how many pilots will be in each silo. If they need everyone in an afternoon silo C ( not likely, i guess) then that's the way it'll be. You are not bidding on a silo for the month or even for your weekly reserve block. Each day, just like RSV today.
