I believe it's pronounced ' mutual agreement'. These fancy, complex words didn't make it into the contract.

Also new(ish):
Please enjoy a RAP of 4 hours today because the company has figured out they need you earlier the next day.

How do they decide who gets the shaft with a 4 hour RAP ( which will certainly put you on rsv the next day very early):

Seniority....nope
Highest credit...nope
Your last name begins with a 'P'...possibly.
Just f'n random.

There is nothing in our contract that specifically allows for SCL pilots to commute in during their RAP. Nothing. Period.

Further, you were able to bid for AMs or PMs for the entire month. Not this silo garbage we have here. Everyday my times change. I knew what my entire month looked like. AND we were guaranteed an early release on the last day.

But please, keep defending our subpar contract that can’t even compete with regional reserve work rules.
You know Endeavor is hiring, right ?

Classic.

Got to love the FNG!

What a Ding Dong! Bold and ignorant. Not a good combination.

This dude hasn’t been here 6 months and is talking about “our” subpar contract. He came to the company with the subpar contract while reading what everyone had to say on this forums. He chose this place over frontier. Look at that forum and see his attitude from the go. It’s no surprise this character is talking about “our subpar contract”. Dude you should have stayed in your great regional or gone to frontier or spirit or whatever, you were warned. If you knew the girl had an STD and still slept with her how are you going to complain about it burning when you pee.

I just don't think you guys are fully appreciating how good your life is, compared to Syrian refugees.

Thanks, this was what I was referring to, but the Dork chose to attack instead of try to answer. (Typical)

Can't be the "P" option, my last name begins with a "S", and I've been getting the short RAPs for a while now. But your guess is as good as anyone's. Just f'n random.

I work here. So yeah, it is "our contract".
I did know mostly what I was getting into.
Someone asked a question pertaining to reserve.
I answered honestly, and in a way that person can directly relate to.
I am mostly happy here. The people have been great. Training was good. The OSC is really nice. The Airbus is awesome to fly.
Reserve rules are below industry standard.
Internet warriors defend them and this company despite factual complaints.
I am happy I chose JetBlue over Frontier. I am happy I left my regional to come here.
I would have liked to choose the 190 over the Airbus so I didn't have to suffer these reserve rules, but that wasn't an option in my class. The company made that decision for me.

You were asking a question!

Most would read it was a statement.

A snarky statement at that from some one who doesn’t understand the history of this place including the basics .... the FSM.

Are you on an interview team?

No one has lived our CBA reserve rules yet. So yes the FSM reserve rules do suck. CBA reserve rules remain to be seen.
