It’s it though. We gave back just about everything else. With the ability to waive down the 4 days is useless to most you end up sacrificing most of your schedule if you don’t waive.

Is it the commutability
Is it the required trip mix
Is it the high min day off
Is it being able to pick your rap even if you’re the number one rsv bidder
Is it the calendar day average

Or maybe it’s the hotel language that keeps us in only 4 or 5 star hotels even if it’s a short overnight with “walk language”. If it’s not up to par.

Maybe it’s actually having hotels and transportation booked.

Yeah we are killing it in the qol department.

There is a difference between being happy and having ones head in the sand. I’m happy but my eyes are open and know what we are worth.
