It varies from person to person. I got mine about 3 weeks in. Some took longer and some took less. It greatly depends on PRIA and how long your former employers take to respond to the records request.
To be completely honest it really does not matter since you won't have time to go anywhere during training, which is very condensed and time constrained.

If I recall correctly, this has something to do with past employers responding to pria requests. A guy in my class had this issue because his past employer had it out for folks that left and dragged their feet with whatever post employment paperwork that occurs.
