New hires really need to be working on applications because they will be the first to hit the street in the event of a furlough. Unfortunately because Holdings didn't see the wisdom in consolidating certificates long ago (like everybody else) there is no way to move excess pilots from Compass to other TSH companies. They essentially have to start over just like going to Republic or any other regional.
Hopefully they have a better deal for you guys, and maybe for all of us at TSH coming soon, but if I were junior at Compass I'd be getting my resumes out soon just in case.
