Xjt isn't the worst place to work, but it certainly isn't the best place either. You talk about the union misleading people? How about the advertisements for "top pay" and a "direct path to united"? People should know what they're getting themselves into, before they get themselves into it. If everyone in this industry had your attitude, we'd all have 8 days off a month and be paying for 75% of our health insurance costs.
Because it’s not the full truth. No mention of the $10,000 worth of EQO we receive when declaring how low our pay rates are. And we have some of the best insurance in the industry. So both points you choose to bring up hold zero water.
The bottom line is the Union sees new hires as a direct threat to their agenda. The Union does not want new hires at this company. They have made that very clear.
