Ding ding ding! We have a winner! Guess what, United doesn’t want our baggage. We have no leverage with which to negotiate. The ONLY shot we have to improve QOL is to bring new hires IN, regardless of where you stack up in the food chain. Youth would actually improve our stock and give us a better position from which to negotiate! The Union narrative is asinine!!
