But they keep making money and just won the JD power award again. Employees keep working and passengers keep flying. Yeah we suck have you seen the recent Delta videos. It’s all the same stupid crap, so they really have no reason to change, unfortunately. Also from what I understand those mint people get a 1000 dollar voucher sooooo.
But I totally agree with you I just don’t see anything currently that will make them change. Heck we keep getting hotel downgrades and not even an email about why from the union or if they agree with the change.

You’re correct too. There’s no reason to change. I think they’ll make close to a $BILLION net profits in 2019. That’s proof positive that corporate management and guidance is 100% correct. There will be bonuses and champagne toasts for all.
Speaking of champagne toasts.....I recall Christmas 2018 when there was a light rain and fog event in the Northeast. There I was watching the phone ring off the hook with “JETBLUE AIRWAYS” in the caller ID. “Please Help? Please Help? PLEASE HELP!” played through my voicemails. No thanks. I’ll keep my champagne toasts for me. Merry Christmas travelers.
