I think it speaks volumes if you look at the numbers. You had 18 leave before the first year was up. You had 15 leave before the second year was up. The third year, were no one went to XJT still had 6 people leave. How many were even hired that would be in that 3 year mark?
Sorry bud, I look at numbers and percentages, not lines on a pretty graph from management. When pilots show up and find out they were not given accurate information or things are worse than posted, they leave.
And for those of you wondering, this is not a Union made graphic. The chart came straight from management.
