Looking at the ingredients on those packets, one realizes that they aren't hot sauces, at least not made from peppers.
Admittedly I don't pay attention enough to listed ingredients, it does list "spices and extract of Paprika." Still.... It's the least toxic component when added to the catering ex HKG or PVG etc.
