Morale depends on what you want. In the first year, I've moved up 30% on the seniority list, I've flown 600 hours and I made over 80k (including the bonus). Those things make me very happy.



We have old airplanes with many mx deferrals, most trips for junior line holders are commutable on one end or none, reserve gets abused, the outstation mx bases suck unless you live there, the United CPP is a recruiting tool more than a "career path". These are a few examples of things that make me unhappy but they're not exclusively AirWis problems.



If you come in with a realistic view of what this is (a stepping stone) for most, you can have a great time. I'm just over a year in and have no regerts



Ohh and also we have a lot awesome people. I've only had one Captain that I didn't get along with.
