The raw score grouping is how reserves are stacked within days of availability groupings, in inverse seniority order. The raw score, a measure of how much you’ve been used/working, affects your raw score grouping. I think you’re raw score grouping changes for every 40 points of raw score. So after 40, you’ll have a 2 rsg, and drop to the bottom of all the 1’s in your days available bucket.
