Without trying hard on at least a CC72right now, small cabin captains can pull 300K, Large Cabin 400K... all while setting a good chunk of money into their 401Ks.

Hub locations are taking the brunt of regular MX and MEL removal, cleaning and stocking. When they fully deploy, they’ll provide for even more synergies that make the job MUCH easier for pilots.
Aircraft deliveries and current momentum have NJA trending to 500+ aircraft with Owner satisfaction surveys that haven’t seen such high marks in years.

Brah, glad you are so positive, but give it a rest with the money you are bringing in. It ain’t true. The CC72 year 12 makes 190762, that is a LONG way from 300K that you claim, one would need a 57% premium override.
CC76 year 17, yes they have a year 17 pay rate, is 244938. That is still a 22% premium required to get to 300K.
Oh and by the way a CC72/76 is working hard.

Like the other dude said, NOBODY who has left NJ has EVER mentioned they wish they could go back. That goes from the guy who left to join a flight school in SoCal (yes that happened) to the guys that went to Cathy, nobody has EVER wished to go back. That should tell you everything you need to know..
