It is better than before at NetJets. It is not as good as Retractable is advertising. Those synergies with mx, cleaning, and stocking are good in some ways and bad in others (more aircraft availability means more work). Pilots are making more than ever at NJA, but they are earning it. As the pilot to airplane ratio goes down, pilots are working more. That is going to lead to burn out before too long if pilots are just chasing the dollars. Knowing management, they will be way behind on hiring once they realize they cut the ratio too much and the pilots will be frustrated and angry about working harder and harder once again.
There is no such thing as easily making 300K on the 72 day (or 76 day) schedule on small cabin fleets. This year will have many make it with the contract bonus, but even then it won't be easy. It will still include A LOT of extended days. The 72 and 76 aren't so brutal in the Global with many less legs per day and many days not flying at all while setting up the long range trips. That said, it is still A LOT of extended days to make 400K- probably averaging 24 or so days of work per month not including vacations or personal days. While it isn't particularly brutal on the road in the Global, it is still a crazy amount of time gone from home to earn a bunch of money that you don't have time to enjoy spending.
