From a financial point of view you'd be better off renting and getting those hours out of the way in three weeks and head to the regionals where they have bonuses in the 20k range. If you spent 15k you'd still make 45k working at a regional if you used the bonus to pay off the debt. You said yourself that you've been looking for seven months. If you don't find anything what are you going to do wait another seven months? You could also rent a Cessna 150 for $50ish dry an hour it would cost less than 15k.

If you just want to work that I'd look at jav imagery, Sandhills aviation, skylens, Aspen Helicopters and such for an aerial survey position.
