Secondly, if there were, they’d be only for current pilots to bid. Then any unfilled that are posted as such, can be used for new hires and don’t have to be re-bid for the pilot group.
A lot of the bidding is merely set to seed training for new hires, so we have an artificially high number of 756, Bus, and Guppy FOs in SFO on the bids because they will go unfilled and new hires will be able to get them.
There is no seat, that a new hire can get that isn’t first offered to the pilot group.
