Hope you like customer service, loading bags, cleaning and stocking the cabin in between revenue flights and not knowing where you are going until you check into the hotel 14 hours later. As an airline pilot you go down the jet bridge and turn left. I've done both, and 121 is way easier. I'm not knocking fractionals, as they tend to take care of you better on the road, better hotels, crew meals (pretty much pocket your perdiem), contractual that you keep all your airline miles and hotel points, and you pocket extra money like tips and fuel points from FBOS that add up quickly depending on the plane you fly.
Your real question should be, what is your end goal. Make it to a legacy 121, and make more over a career then a frac guy, or fly for fractional and make a decent amount over a career and definitely more than a regional.
