I think the number of people coming over on top of you is going to be limited. The bottom line holders seem to be holding the unproductive domestic flying with little open time to trade for. You need to be over 60% to touch decent flying and by that time you are probably a line holding narrowbody captain with more opportunity for premium pay and more open trips to trade with. There might be a few that want to see this type of flying but I don't think it will make sense financially for many.
On the 777? Most pilots wait to bid 777 until they are in the 60% seniority range in the fleet... so expect to be either stagnant or pushed back on every vacancy bid that occurs.
