Everybody needs to stop worrying about the upgrade it will come down. About 70% of the captains I fly with have been hired by somebody else or are trying to get out. I've flown with a few that are in the Southwest pool and a few going foreign and waiting for a class.

Things aren't that bad either. I've been here almost a year and I'm on reserve. I had 13 days off this month since I didn't get used on christmas or christmas eve and I'm getting 90+ hours of credit without picking up open time. It is what you make it.
