It depends.

The min max document shows the minimum number that each BES can have after the bid.

If enough people bid out of a BES so that the total number remaining drops below the MIN number then backfilling is required. Those backfills represent the min backfill required, so they show up in each snapshot.

Now, the company can backfill up to the maximum shown in the MIN-MAX document for each BES. So, if the MIN is below the MAX, you may see more backfilling in the final award than had been shown in each snapshot.

On this bid, most BES that don't have a vacancy advertised have a hug spread between min and max. While that gives the company the flexibility to more backfilling, I don't think we are going to see much additional backfilling. They said on the announcement that they are waiting on final info for the 756 and 737 for next summer before pumping up the training on those fleets. So, unless the got late breaking news that the 756 was going to go way up in utilization, or the MAX got ungrounded and I didn't hear about it, I think what you see in the snapshots is what you will get in the final as far as backfilling goes.
