Thats the big reason to do things correctly and get ANY outside flying approved , leave of absence keeps you from busting duty and putting the company in a bad spot , you cannot get paid to work at Fedex and moonlight flying the other side , only exception is military duty
This is the dumbest rule ever. If you take avg block hours of a FULL TIME corp pilot offering pilot services as a co-pilot and then add the average block of a fedex pilot they would get now where near the FAA Maximums. Gurantee you.
