No, I gave numbers from the bottom up, sorry. From the top:
75% company wide should give you a good line as an FO, 50% upgrade, 25% good line as a captain.
Commutable line in 2 yes. If you mean upgrade in 5, yes, another year or 2 to hold a decent line as a captain.
