Anyone forecasting how soon you'll upgrade, let alone upgrading in a particular domicile, is spit balling at best. Upgrade depends on way too many factors (growth, attrition, pilots bypassing, domicile expansion etc etc).
Reserve is usually 20%-30% of the domicile. Lately it's gone almost exclusively junior so it's been the bottom 20%-30% holding reserve.
If you come here with the "Need" to upgrade quickly or the expectation of major growth you're setting yourself up for disappointment (even with planes on order, nothing is guaranteed). However, if you're looking to join a great pilot group, flying a great airplane, working for a company with a very forward thinking business model, Spirit is a great choice.
