If you come here with the "Need" to upgrade quickly or the expectation of major growth you're setting yourself up for disappointment (even with planes on order, nothing is guaranteed). However, if you're looking to join a great pilot group, flying a great airplane, working for a company with a very forward thinking business model, Spirit is a great choice.
I don’t “need” to upgrade at all, but I’d like to. Just comparing Spirit to some other places where the upgrade would take 10 years...
Actually I’d make more as a FO at Spirit than I’m making as a CA at my regional now.

What can you guys tell me about the contract and work rules? What does an average line look like? How many days off a month, and what is the commuter policy? Mostly 4 day work blocks or something else?

Sorry to bother with these questions. I don’t know anyone who works there, you’re my only resource! If there is a good place to look it up just let me know.
