Doubt it. Maybe some junior FOs that already meet those mins and won’t see an upgrade at Atlas for awhile. As bad as our current contract is, its still a lot better in many ways than the current Omni CBA which aside from marginally better pay rates is complete trash. Which is exactly why Omni needs captains off the street in the first place.
