If someone makes a claim, you're pretty much fired and done in 121 unless you can IMMEDIATELY produce video exonerating yourself. Otherwise the company will wash their hands of you and move on. They don't care if they have to fight YOU in court later, what they REALLY cannot risk is the media doing a big expose about why you were NOT fired instantly... in the media you are absolutely guilty, and can probably never be exonerated. An accused abuser who turns out to be innocent is waaaaay off message, and doesn't sell papers anyway.
