In other industries this is affecting women negatively as much as the men. Men won’t have closed door meetings with women unless a witness is present and no more men women subordinate dinners or lunches or even possibly mentoring among other things. In some way the whole dilemma puts women down on the corporate advancement ladder. Pretty much if it’s not in public it’s frowned upon and can lead to like most of you posted a “he said she said” situation.
