While I agree the training was great, I'm not sure how much mainline cares if you cost too much. Period.
The majors most definitely look at where you did your training. Going back all the way to private, even. A long history of attending reputable organizations with great training = less training the majors have to pay for.
This is why they hire so many military pilots. They do a ton of really great training.
