I’ve seen these problems with gender dynamics in the military, a full decade before #metoo. I saw CFIs and DPEs get blindsided by false accusations in flight schools. I saw it in the part 135 side of the industry too. I don’t care if you find it offensive, noticing a pattern isn’t a sign of a mental disorder. I’m not going to put myself in any situation where it’s her word against mine without any witnesses or evidence. Period.
Sure, stay in public and stay professional, but also be normal and not weird. Women can smell the awkward and standoff-ish types from miles away and that actually hurts your cause believe it or not. They take notice in these things and then you become "that guy" at the company and it puts you on their radar.

Things like not sharing an elevator with the FAs, refusing to allow female FAs in the cockpit during a lav break, etc...will paint you as a sexist and the whole problem you're trying to avoid will keep coming back to haunt you.
