Oh but an exodus is coming. Perhaps not as in 2015 because it was FOs. but CAs will be leaving in good numbers very soon. We will see/have seen an uptick in FOs with over 1000 SIC leave as well. That is happening now. I think we have 5 FOs with resignations with effective dates in late OCT already for JetBlue and Spirit.

I'm pretty sure most guys have their apps out, with or without SSP/DGI. Whether or not they get a call, that's a whole other discussion. Even though other carriers are hiring a bunch, it's still not an easy task for regional guys to escape. Ask anyone who's stuck...
