I’ve seen these problems with gender dynamics in the military, a full decade before #metoo. I saw CFIs and DPEs get blindsided by false accusations in flight schools. I saw it in the part 135 side of the industry too. I don’t care if you find it offensive, noticing a pattern isn’t a sign of a mental disorder. I’m not going to put myself in any situation where it’s her word against mine without any witnesses or evidence. Period.

You never answered me earlier, what do you do when they give you a female reserve? Call in sick? Gopro the whole flight?
