You never answered me earlier, what do you do when they give you a female reserve? Call in sick? Gopro the whole flight?
It’s never happened. There are way more female FOs than captains at the regional level so statistically it’s not really something I’m worried about, at least for now. I tend to fly with line holders and know who they are in advance anyway. Female FOs don’t stick around long enough to be captains here before being called by delta, JetBlue, United, etc.
Lose the attitude.
