This is a case of a guy that couldn't get a non-rev seat because the flight was...wait for it....full. And the JS was previously the only option.
In this case he makes a single phone call to Galactic HQ and is given a seat. Meanwhile, a pax is
voluntarily bumped ($$$).
Everybody wins.
