So just because a guy is arrogant it is OK to verbally abuse them? One more reason there is an us against them mentality between schedulers and pilots.

I for one am forthright and honest whenever I speak to scheduling. It is unfortunate that the same can't be said of them. Even though we work for the same company it is difficult, at times, to work together. I feel I should be able to call and have a advocate who cares about my legality rather than an adversary who questions my motives.

I know I live in an idealistic world, but at least I know i'm right.
