Yes it is feasible and a lot of people do it. You won't be able to control the length of your trips while on reserve. You will have some control over how your reserve days are distributed over the month but with only 12 days off there is not much room to maneuver when you have low seniority.
On the plus side you will become an expert at commuting/jumpseating real quick and that will help you out through the rest of your career.
