I know people in a similar situation that sued them and filed Air21 type complaints of intentionally unfair checking events due to labor issues and had their failure removed from their records. It sounds like you were in a similar situation. I’d consult an aviation attorney, and tell him/her to request/subpoena union/company grievance settlement records for the same issues.
