The reason it’s so upsetting at the regional level is that the only way to “compete” is by being cheaper. Even then, you’re still at the mercy of the mainline operator.

But it’s ok at the Majors? My COLLEAGUES work for the same company that I do. All others are COMPETITORS. I have friends at other airlines, and I wish them well......but I’m rooting for the home team first and foremost.

I just hope when reality hits them it doesn't hurt that much. Keep it classy MAG pilots!

We aren't hoping Mesa will lose flying. Just pure speculation of where it might come from IF it were to ever happen. I hope y'all don't end up like us. Go read our forum. It's just all memes. We aren't that kind of group.

I like to return to this section of the board once in a while to see what has changed. I have some news about your futures.
After you have moved on to wherever you move on to. You nor anyone you are working with will care about who is getting flying and who is losing flying. Other than “where are you from”, there is no discussion about regionals. You should stop being upset when other pilots relish a loss/gain of flying. You have no control over it, it is a waste of time, and again, you will not care in the near future.
Go to the regional, enjoy your time there. You will look back upon these times fondly someday. Keep you nose clean and move on as quickly as you can to the next level. The regionals are not the place to stay.
At the table this Thursday, whether it be at home or at the airport, give thanks to the fact that you have landed at the regionals during the most lucrative time in the history of regionals.
Happy Thanksgiving and please, please, learn how to spell losing😂
