We are not, I know a west coast regional is hoping and praying we lose some of our flying. Why in the hell would our management put E-175 sims in PHX if we are losing E-jets. Why would we be trying to expand MX facilities for the E-jet. I know the naysayers will say.... oh they have not renewed our contracts yet. Yes we all know that. Just like when AA took planes away and everyone was like oh PSA is taking over DFW and Mesa is out....oooops they decided to let us keep our planes, business as usual. I know people don't think JO is bright, but I'll say this he would not be investing in the company if he even had a sniff of United or AA pulling out. We are not going anywhere anytime soon. We play to big of a part of the big system. Whether you like it or not Mesa is growing not stagnant or shrinking like other carriers. We are good here (not pay wise lol) but we are very very stable.

Pilot counts continue to be up. We are down a few CA in DFW but it's because of movement elsewhere in the system. Overall CRJ Ca count is up. Ejet as well. Not fully staffed by any means but it is the best its been in the last 2.5 years.
