Interesting. I agree that the pay level suggested wouldn’t attract many in this market. I can understand why linking with a regional using E175s could make sense if they initially take E195s as the transition risk would be less.

Although this info is very insightful, I also agree that it is still early and that we should wait for more formal information before forming our opinions. Moxy will need quality pilots and it will have to provide a compelling offer in this market to attract them....
