We would all love to agree with you. In fact, I will say you are correct - the bottom 80% of the company are the only ones so unfortunately impacted.

So if you can make it to the top 20% in PVD, BDL, or MCO, problem solved.

And if you’re in the double digit seniority in TPA, what’s there to complain about?

Yes, seniority works every time it’s tried. Just ask the year 4 CAs having to bid into Virtual Base because they can’t hold a line in their home base.

Yep, live where you fly, fly where you live. At least that was the bill of goods I was sold.

Cheers mate!

Out of interest, has the attrition rate ticked up a lot in the last few months? Are they addressing it at all during the weekly pilot calls?

A quick spot check of the seniority list for November 2025 and March 2026

Nov# / March # / Increase
200 / 194 / - 6
401 / 384 / -16
600 / 562 / -38

Total Bidders
610 / 664 / +54

They ask you if you’re ok with being on reserve at the bottom in Akron with 12 days off for forever

Or if you’d care to be Virtual Base and visit a different second-class city every month while sitting red-eye reserve from 1700 - 0500 with only 9 calendar days off.

So many choices!

Worst job in the industry - Reserve Commuter at Breeze.
Second worst job in the industry - DEC at Breeze.

You clearly haven’t worked for any MIA-based carriers.

Default DEC

How long would a DEC realistically be stuck doing reserve out of CAK? Would like to get to FL eventually. Are VBD bases flexible or just the same few cold weather ones over and over?

Allegiant closing multiple long time bases, including SAV.

Let this be a wake up call to those who choose to stay at Breeze for small/local bases.
