Go in there and do your best. Obviously if you got the invite to interview, they liked something about you, and think you could make a great addition to their team. They would know based on your application if you were ever a chief pilot, or have this other supposedly great “leadership” experience they want. Who knows, maybe they want to have have a high rejection rate to make it seem like the program is competitive, or they will make it a condition to have that bachelors before moving over. It does beg the question though, is it even worth applying too without it, being a one shot deal and all?!
