The whole point of Aviate is to place pilots into a flow-like list before they have the experience. Experience has nothing to do with the interview. Flying 3 or 4 thousand hours does absolutely nothing to prepare you for TMAAT questions. If anything it will make you worse because of all the crappy advice you will hear during that time. And for the technical part memorizing a few profiles doesn’t take a whole lot of experience either. I will say doing the interview as early as while still in training could be a bad idea, but if you have even 100 hrs in the plane you have plenty of experience to pass this interview. Really just off of OE should be good enough.
